What it does

Turns the messy live Q&A portion of a webinar into a polished follow-up. The flow isolates question-and-answer exchanges from the transcript, summarizes each pair clearly, attaches a timestamp jump link to the recording, and sends every attendee a tidy recap email so unanswered curiosity gets resolved.

When to use it

Use it for webinars with heavy audience Q&A where attendees expect a follow-up. Perfect for product demos, training sessions, and customer webinars run by marketing or customer success.

How it works

  1. 1A Zoom `recording.completed` event triggers the flow.
  2. 2The flow fetches the transcript, recording share URL, and the registrant list from Zoom.
  3. 3OpenAI identifies discrete question/answer exchanges, cleans up phrasing, and flags any question left unanswered for human follow-up.
  4. 4A logic step formats the Q&A into an email-ready recap with `?t=` jump links and routes unanswered items into a separate callout.
  5. 5The flow emails the recap to all registered attendees through Gmail.
