What do I get on every tier?
The whole platform, in your own isolated colony: the CEO (the one agent you talk to), the Org (your agents, budgets, and governance), and Workflows (visual workflows your agents author and run). Tiers differ on how many businesses you can run, agent limits, audit retention, and support, not on which capabilities you get.
Why does pricing start at $99/mo?
Every colony runs four engines plus its own Postgres, fully isolated, with no shared infrastructure and no noisy neighbours. The Starter tier is the smallest colony that runs the full platform well. There is no free tier and no per-machine pricing floor; sign-up requires a card and starts a 14-day free trial.
What about LLM token usage?
Your subscription covers the platform, compute, storage, and isolation. The 14-day free trial includes AI credits so you can prove the value before connecting your own key; after that, bring your own provider key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini) and pay them directly with no markup from us.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Move between Starter, Small Business, and Enterprise at any time from billing; the new price applies pro-rated from the change date. No annual lock-in on the self-serve tiers.
Do I need a credit card to try Agent Hive?
Yes. Every new colony starts with a 14-day free trial that requires a card at sign-up. We never bill before day 14, and cancel-anytime means zero charge if you drop out before the trial ends.
Where does my data live?
In a Postgres database + encrypted volume on a dedicated cloud machine we provision uniquely for your colony. There is no shared customer data anywhere in Agent Hive: one runtime, one database, one volume per colony.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Pricing is per company, never per user. Invite as many teammates as you want.
Can I run Agent Hive on-prem?
Yes. The Custom tier can run on your own infrastructure (VPC peering or fully air-gapped). Reach out via /contact and we'll scope it with you.
