How it runs

  • ActionFetch rendered PNG and frame metadataFigmaFigma
  • LogicSkip frames already marked processed
  • ActionDraft alt-text + caption and translate to 5 localesOpenAI

What it does

Watches a Figma file for newly exported product-screenshot frames, reads each image, and produces accessibility-grade alt-text plus a marketing caption translated into five target locales. It then files the asset and its localized text into the matching Google Drive folder so designers and localization never re-describe the same screen twice.

When to use it

Use it when your design team ships screenshots through Figma and your asset library needs consistent, localized alt-text without a manual pass. Ideal for marketing sites, app-store listings, and help docs that must meet WCAG alt-text requirements in every market you sell in.

How it works

  1. 1A new or updated frame in the watched Figma file fires the trigger.
  2. 2The flow pulls the rendered PNG and any frame metadata (name, layer notes) from Figma.
  3. 3OpenAI reads the image and drafts English alt-text plus a short caption, then translates both into the configured locales.
  4. 4A logic step skips frames already tagged as processed to avoid duplicate writes.
  5. 5The asset and a sidecar JSON of localized strings are saved into the locale-matched Google Drive folder.
