SUMMARIZATION
Agent-Driven CAB Brief with Autonomous PM Owner Handoff
An agent processes a CAB Zoom recording end to end — reasoning about themes, cross-referencing the company's roadmap, drafting a brief.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording completed for CAB meetingZoom
- ActionAgent retrieves roadmap and initiative contextNotion
- LogicAgent reasons on each theme's strategic disposition
- ActionAgent drafts and writes themes brief to NotionNotion
- ActionFile or link Linear issues with PM assignmentLinear
- OutputPost owner handoff note to SlackSlack
What it does
This is the agentic version of the CAB pipeline. Rather than a fixed block sequence, an agent ingests the Zoom transcript, reasons about which themes matter against the current roadmap context in Notion, drafts the brief, and decides per theme whether to file a Linear issue, attach it to an existing initiative, or escalate to the Chairman for a call. It can ask clarifying questions of PM owners before assigning.
When to use it
Use it when CAB synthesis requires judgment that a deterministic pipeline can't encode — weighing themes against strategy, deciding what's worth a ticket, and handling ambiguous ownership. Best for orgs where the CEO agent already manages roadmap context.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event hands the transcript to the agent.
- 2The agent reads the transcript and retrieves current roadmap and initiative context from Notion.
- 3It reasons about each theme's strategic fit and decides the right disposition for each.
- 4It drafts the themes brief and writes it to Notion.
- 5For themes warranting action, it files or links Linear issues and assigns the owning PM, posting a handoff note to Slack.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect NotionPages, databases, comments.
- 3Connect LinearIssues, projects, cycles, triage.
- 4Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
