What it does

This workflow aggregates a week's worth of customer advisory board calls instead of one. It collects every CAB recording from the past seven days, summarizes each, then performs a cross-call rollup that surfaces which product themes recurred across multiple sessions versus one-off mentions, ranks them by frequency and severity, and ships a single trend digest.

When to use it

Use it when you run several CAB or customer interview calls per week and leadership wants one signal-dense digest rather than scattered per-call notes. Ideal for product leads preparing Monday prioritization reviews.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule triggers the workflow each Monday morning.
  2. 2The workflow lists all CAB-tagged Zoom recordings from the prior week and fetches each transcript.
  3. 3An LLM summarizes each call into themes, then a second pass merges them, deduplicating and counting how many distinct calls mentioned each theme.
  4. 4A logic step ranks themes by recurrence and severity, flagging anything mentioned in three or more calls as a trend.
  5. 5The ranked digest is written to a Notion weekly-trends page.
  6. 6A summary with the top themes is posted to the product Slack channel.
