What it does
During open enrollment, employees email questions about plan options, premiums, dependents, and deadlines. This assistant reads each incoming email, retrieves the relevant section of your benefits guide, and drafts a precise reply citing the plan document. Routine questions go out automatically; anything involving eligibility edge cases or personal financial advice is flagged for a human.
