What it does
Extends the Teams benefits assistant from answering questions to driving action. When an employee says they want to add a dependent, switch plans, or enroll, the assistant confirms the request, then opens a structured enrollment task in monday with the employee, the requested change, and a due date so the HR/HRIS team completes the system update and closes the loop.
When to use it
When self-serve answers aren't enough and you need a reliable handoff for the changes that require a human to touch the HRIS. Ideal for life-event changes and open-enrollment elections that must be tracked to completion with an SLA.
How it works
