Turns the questions your benefits assistant can't answer into a self-improving documentation loop. When a Teams question finds no grounded answer in Confluence, this workflow records the gap, asks HR to supply the answer via a monday task, and seeds a draft FAQ page in Confluence so the same question is answerable next time.
