CHATBOTS
Enrich and rank chat leads before they reach sales
For each chat-captured email, it pulls company details from a web enrichment lookup, computes a fit-plus-intent priority score with an LLM, writes the ranked lead to Airtable.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- ActionWrite ranked lead to Airtable pipelineAirtable

- OutputEscalate top leads to sales channelSlack
What it does
Adds a research step between "visitor left an email" and "sales gets notified." The workflow enriches each lead with public company data, combines that fit signal with the conversation's intent signal into a single priority score, and stores every lead in a sortable Airtable pipeline — escalating only the top tier so reps focus on the best opportunities.
When to use it
Chat is generating leads faster than your team can vet them, and reps waste time on poor-fit companies. Use this to auto-research and rank inbound leads so the sales channel only lights up for genuinely good prospects.
How it works
- 1A chat lead capture posts the visitor's email and transcript to the webhook.
- 2A web search enriches the lead with company size, industry, and recent signals.
- 3OpenAI scores fit and intent together and assigns an A/B/C priority tier.
- 4Every lead is written to an Airtable pipeline table with its score and enrichment data.
- 5A logic branch escalates only A-tier leads, posting them to the sales Slack channel.
