What it does
This flow turns escalations into a content backlog. On a weekly schedule it gathers every question the bot couldn't answer, groups them into themes (e.g. "remote work stipend," "sabbatical eligibility"), and posts a ranked digest to the People team so they know exactly which handbook sections to write or clarify next.
