CHATBOTS
Qualify website chat leads and hand off to sales on buying intent
Listens to your website chatbot, scores each visitor conversation for buying intent.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerVisitor message received from chat widgetHTTP webhook
- ActionScore intent and extract lead fieldsOpenAI
- LogicIntent score above qualification threshold?
- ActionCreate or update HubSpot contactHubSpot
- OutputAlert sales channel with claim buttonSlack
What it does
Turns your website chat widget into a qualified-lead machine. Every visitor message is read by an LLM that scores intent and extracts company size, budget signals, and the problem they're trying to solve. Cold or browsing visitors are left alone; hot leads get logged to your CRM and a sales rep is alerted in seconds.
When to use it
You have a marketing-site chatbot generating volume, but reps only want the conversations worth interrupting their day for. Use this to stop manually triaging transcripts and to cut the time between "visitor shows intent" and "rep is in the chat" down to under a minute.
How it works
- 1The chat widget posts each visitor turn to a webhook.
- 2OpenAI scores the conversation for buying intent and extracts firmographic and need signals into a structured payload.
- 3A logic branch checks the intent score against your threshold — low scores end the run silently.
- 4For qualified leads, a HubSpot contact is created or updated with the captured fields and a "chat-qualified" lifecycle stage.
- 5Slack posts a rich alert to the sales channel with the transcript link, intent score, and a one-click claim button.
