What it does

On each new Vercel preview deploy, this workflow runs a scripted browser session through a real user journey (sign in, create item, save), records the run, and posts a review card to Slack with the recording link and a pass/fail verdict based on whether every step completed.

When to use it

Use it when an HTTP ping isn't enough — you need to know the preview works end to end through the actual UI, and you want reviewers to watch the flow instead of clicking through it themselves.

How it works

  1. 1A Vercel preview-ready webhook hands off the preview URL.
  2. 2A Browserbase session opens the preview and runs the scripted flow, asserting each step.
  3. 3A logic step marks the run pass or fail based on the assertions.
  4. 4The recorded walkthrough is published to Loom for easy viewing.
  5. 5A Slack review card posts with the verdict, the Loom link, and the failing step if any.
