How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerNotion item status changes to Ready to ScheduleNotionNotion
  • ActionExtract and classify factual claims from the draft body
  • ActionSearch Exa for a supporting source per uncited claimExa
  • LogicBranch: all claims sourced vs. some unsourced/contradicted
  • OutputPost inline notes and set page back to Draft or keep ReadyNotionNotion

What it does

This workflow acts as an editorial gate on your Notion content calendar. The moment a writer flips a post's status to "Ready to Schedule," an agent reads the full body, isolates checkable factual claims (statistics, dates, attributed quotes, superlatives), and verifies each one against live web sources. Posts with unsourced or contradicted claims are bounced back to Draft so nothing ships unverified.

When to use it

Use it when your team publishes from a Notion database and you want a hard stop between writing and scheduling. It is ideal for marketing and content teams who have been burned by an unsupported stat slipping into a published post.

How it works

  1. 1A Notion database item changes status to "Ready to Schedule," firing the trigger.
  2. 2The agent extracts each factual claim from the page body and classifies it as already-cited or uncited.
  3. 3For each uncited claim it runs an Exa search for a supporting primary source.
  4. 4A decision step checks whether every claim is now backed; if any remain unsourced or contradicted, it routes to revision.
  5. 5The agent writes inline comments naming each weak claim plus suggested sources, and sets the page status to Draft (or leaves it Ready when clean).
