What it does

For every new draft in Notion, an agent applies your editorial bar — clarity, length, on-brand tone — and makes a routing decision. Approved drafts are narrated with ElevenLabs and moved into the publishing queue; drafts that fall short are returned to the author with specific revision notes instead of being voiced.

When to use it

Use this when narration is expensive enough that you only want to voice posts that are genuinely ready, and you want a consistent first-pass editorial check that explains its reasoning rather than a blunt status flag.

How it works

  1. 1A new draft created in the Notion database triggers the flow.
  2. 2The agent reads the draft and evaluates it against the editorial rubric.
  3. 3On a pass, ElevenLabs narrates the body and the audio is attached, with status set to Queued.
  4. 4On a fail, the agent writes revision notes onto the page and sets status back to Needs Work.
  5. 5Either way the author sees a clear outcome and, when approved, a ready-to-publish voiceover.
