How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerEpisode publish webhook with guest detailsHTTP webhook
  • ActionTranscribe episode with ElevenLabsElevenLabsElevenLabs
  • ActionDraft personalized recap email with OpenAIOpenAI
  • LogicBranch on missing guest email address
  • OutputCreate Gmail draft for reviewGmailGmail

What it does

Drafts a warm, personalized recap email to send your podcast guest after their episode goes live. It pulls the guest's strongest quotes from the transcript, assembles share links, and queues a ready-to-send Gmail draft so you only review and hit send.

When to use it

Use it to keep guest relationships strong without writing each follow-up from scratch. It is built for shows that publish frequently and want every guest to leave with quotes and assets they will actually reshare.

How it works

  1. 1A publish webhook delivers the episode title, guest name, and audio URL.
  2. 2ElevenLabs transcribes the episode.
  3. 3OpenAI identifies the guest's three best quotes and drafts a personalized thank-you email referencing them.
  4. 4A branch checks that a guest email address was supplied; if missing, it routes a heads-up to Slack instead.
  5. 5With an address present, a Gmail draft is created addressed to the guest, left unsent for a final human review.
