  • ActionCreate structured show-notes page in NotionNotionNotion
  • OutputReturn Notion page URL to callerHTTP webhook

What it does

Creates a complete, structured show-notes page in Notion for every new episode. It transcribes the audio, then drafts an episode summary, chapter list with timestamps, guest bio, and a links section, all written into a fresh database row.

When to use it

Use it when your host or CMS can fire a webhook on publish and you want consistent, editor-ready show notes in Notion before the episode goes live, instead of writing them by hand each week.

How it works

  1. 1Your publishing platform sends a webhook containing the episode title and audio URL.
  2. 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio and returns timestamped text.
  3. 3OpenAI generates a summary, a chapter outline with timestamps, a guest bio, and extracted resource links.
  4. 4A new page is created in your Notion episodes database with each section mapped to its own block.
  5. 5The run posts the Notion page URL back to the webhook caller so your CMS can link it.
