What it does

Builds a localization pack for an episode: it translates the full transcript and show notes into each target language, adapts the title and episode description so they read naturally rather than literally, and saves one organized folder per language to Google Drive.

When to use it

Use it when you distribute a show to international audiences or publish translated transcripts for accessibility and SEO. Run it per episode once the source transcript is finalized.

How it works

  1. 1You start the run, selecting the episode and the list of target languages.
  2. 2The source transcript and show notes are pulled from the Episodes database in Notion.
  3. 3For each target language, OpenAI translates the transcript and adapts the title and description for local readability.
  4. 4A logic step loops over the language list so every requested locale gets its own complete set.
  5. 5Each language's files are uploaded into a dedicated subfolder in the episode's Google Drive directory, ready to attach to your distribution platforms.
