CONTENT CREATION

Convert new Dropbox blog scripts into multilingual audio

How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • LogicStrip Markdown to clean spoken text
  • ActionGenerate EN/ES/DE narration via ElevenLabsElevenLabsElevenLabs
  • ActionWrite audio to finished Dropbox subfolderDropboxDropbox
  • OutputCreate Notion tracking row, status Ready for QANotionNotion

What it does

Watches a Dropbox intake folder for new Markdown or text scripts dropped by writers. Each new file is cleaned of Markdown syntax, narrated in English, Spanish, and German via ElevenLabs, and the resulting audio is saved alongside a tracking row created in a Notion table so the team can see status at a glance.

When to use it

Use it when writers prefer working in plain files and dropping them into a shared folder rather than a CMS. It turns a simple file drop into finished narration and a tracked record, no manual upload to a voice tool required.

How it works

  1. 1A new file in the watched Dropbox folder fires the trigger.
  2. 2The flow reads the file and strips Markdown, links, and image syntax so only spoken text remains.
  3. 3ElevenLabs generates one narration per language from the cleaned text.
  4. 4The audio files are written back to a finished Dropbox subfolder.
  5. 5A Notion row is created with the title, languages, audio links, and a status of Ready for QA as the output.
