What it does

Creates a fully accessible Confluence archive page where each meeting chapter has a written summary plus a short generated audio recap, ideal for skimming by ear or eye.

When to use it

For knowledge bases serving distributed or accessibility-conscious teams who want both readable and listenable meeting records, not just raw video.

How it works

  1. 1Zoom's recording-completed webhook triggers the run.
  2. 2The transcript is pulled, or produced by a Hugging Face speech model when none is available.
  3. 3A Hugging Face segmentation model breaks the transcript into timestamped chapters, and an OpenAI call writes a tight summary for each.
  4. 4ElevenLabs renders each chapter summary into a short narrated audio clip.
  5. 5The flow assembles a Confluence page with a chapter outline, written summaries, original-recording jump links, and embedded audio recaps.
  6. 6The published Confluence page URL is the final output, fully searchable in the wiki.
