SUMMARIZATION
Zoom Recording to Confluence Searchable Archive with Audio Clips
Chapters a completed Zoom recording, generates a spoken summary clip per chapter.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording completed webhookZoom
- ActionTranscribe and segment into chaptersHugging Face
- ActionSummarize each chapterOpenAI
- ActionNarrate chapter summaries to audio clipsElevenLabs
- OutputPublish Confluence page with audio and linksConfluence
What it does
Creates a fully accessible Confluence archive page where each meeting chapter has a written summary plus a short generated audio recap, ideal for skimming by ear or eye.
When to use it
For knowledge bases serving distributed or accessibility-conscious teams who want both readable and listenable meeting records, not just raw video.
How it works
- 1Zoom's recording-completed webhook triggers the run.
- 2The transcript is pulled, or produced by a Hugging Face speech model when none is available.
- 3A Hugging Face segmentation model breaks the transcript into timestamped chapters, and an OpenAI call writes a tight summary for each.
- 4ElevenLabs renders each chapter summary into a short narrated audio clip.
- 5The flow assembles a Confluence page with a chapter outline, written summaries, original-recording jump links, and embedded audio recaps.
- 6The published Confluence page URL is the final output, fully searchable in the wiki.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect Hugging FaceModels, datasets, spaces — the open-source hub.

- 7Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 8Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
