AI AGENTS
On-demand multilingual callback voicemail from a resolved-ticket webhook
An external system posts a resolved ticket to a webhook; the agent detects the customer's language, writes a follow-up script in that language.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWebhook receives resolved ticket payloadHTTP webhook
- LogicDetect language and select matching voice
- ActionAgent drafts localized callback script
- ActionRender localized audio with matched voiceElevenLabs
- OutputReturn audio URL + transcript in webhook responseHTTP webhook
What it does
Exposes callback-voicemail generation as an on-demand endpoint. Any helpdesk or backend can POST a resolved ticket and get back a spoken follow-up in the customer's own language, with the audio hosted and a transcript returned in the response.
When to use it
When your support tooling isn't natively connected, or you serve a multilingual customer base and need each callback script and voice in the right language. Ideal as a building block other automations call.
How it works
- 1A webhook receives a POST with the resolved ticket text and customer profile.
- 2A logic step detects the customer's preferred language and selects the matching ElevenLabs voice.
- 3The agent writes a localized callback script in that language summarizing the resolution.
- 4ElevenLabs renders the script to audio with the language-matched voice.
- 5The audio is stored and a signed URL is generated.
- 6The webhook responds with the audio URL and transcript for the caller to queue or play.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.

- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
