RFP Compliance Gap Checker
On a schedule, scans in-progress RFP sections in Notion against the requirements list and posts a compliance gap report to Slack so nothing ships unanswered.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDaily schedule during proposal window
- ActionRead requirements and draft sectionsNotion
- ActionScore coverage per requirementOpenAI
- LogicAny mandatory requirement uncovered?
- OutputPost compliance gap report to SlackSlack
What it does
Runs a daily audit of an active RFP. It compares every mandatory requirement in the Notion requirements database against the draft sections written so far, then reports which requirements are unanswered, partially answered, or fully covered to a Slack channel.
When to use it
Use it during the back half of a proposal cycle when multiple writers are filling sections and the proposal lead needs a single daily readout of what is still missing before the deadline.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule fires the workflow during the proposal window.
- 2It reads the full requirements database and all current draft sections from Notion.
- 3OpenAI matches each requirement to draft text and scores coverage as covered, partial, or missing.
- 4A decision step checks whether any mandatory requirement is still uncovered.
- 5If gaps exist, it builds a prioritized list; if all covered, it sends a clean confirmation.
- 6The compliance summary is posted to the proposal Slack channel with owners and counts.
Set it up

An agent reads each newly resolved Sentry issue, compares the actual fix against your existing runbook, and opens a GitHub PR adding the missing remediation steps.
Datadog Bill Spike Attribution Agent
When a daily Datadog cost check detects a spend jump, an agent attributes the increase to the specific services and metric types driving it and posts a ranked breakdown to Slack.
Sentry-to-Confluence Runbook Updater
When a Sentry issue is resolved, the agent finds the matching Confluence runbook page and proposes an inline update with the verified fix.
