What it does
This workflow turns a flooded business-development inbox into a triaged decision queue. Every inbound RFP or solicitation email is read, summarized, and scored against your saved capability profile (NAICS codes, certifications, past performance, geography, contract-size band). It returns a structured go/no-go memo so a capture lead spends time only on opportunities you can actually win.
When to use it
Use it when your team receives more solicitations than a human can read carefully, and weak-fit bids are quietly draining proposal hours. Best for agencies, GovCon shops, and services firms with a clear, stable set of eligibility constraints.
How it works
- 1A new email lands in the monitored Gmail inbox and triggers the run.
- 2The agent extracts the opportunity details — issuer, due date, scope, mandatory requirements, set-aside type.
- 3It loads your capability profile and asks the model to compare requirements against capabilities, flagging each as met, gap, or disqualifier.
- 4A logic gate routes the result: any hard disqualifier forces a no-go; otherwise it computes a fit score.
- 5The agent drafts a one-page memo with the recommendation, top three reasons, and open risks.
- 6The memo is posted to the capture team's Slack channel with the original email linked.
