AI AGENTS
Draft a reply to security questionnaires emailed to your inbox
When a vendor questionnaire arrives in a shared security inbox, an agent extracts the questions from the attachment, drafts answers from policy docs.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew email with attachment in security inboxGmail
- LogicConfirm attachment is a questionnaire
- ActionExtract questions and draft answers from Confluence policiesConfluence
- ActionWrite answers into a copy of the document in DriveGoogle Drive
- OutputCreate unsent reply draft with completed fileGmail
What it does
Handles questionnaires that show up as email attachments rather than portal uploads. It pulls the questions out of the attached document, drafts grounded answers, fills them back into the document, and stages a reply email so a human only has to review and send.
When to use it
Use this when prospects email a spreadsheet or PDF questionnaire to a shared inbox like security@ and someone has to manually download, fill, and reply. Keeps the original format the vendor expects while removing the typing.
How it works
- 1A new email with an attachment in the security inbox triggers the run.
- 2A logic step confirms the attachment is a questionnaire and not other mail.
- 3The agent extracts the questions and drafts answers grounded in your Confluence policies.
- 4It writes the answers back into a copy of the original document in Google Drive.
- 5It creates a reply email draft with the completed file attached, left unsent for a reviewer to approve and send.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect GmailRead, draft, send, label.
- 2Connect ConfluenceSpaces, pages, blueprints.
- 3Connect Google DriveDocs, sheets, slides, files.

- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
