AI AGENTS
VIP Sender Escalation and Reply Router
Detects email from your priority contacts the moment it arrives, pages you on Slack, and drafts a fast, on-brand holding reply so important people never wait on you.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew email arrives in GmailGmail
- LogicMatch sender against VIP list
- ActionSummarize and draft acknowledgmentOpenAI
- ActionSave holding reply as draftGmail
- OutputPage you on SlackSlack
What it does
The workflow matches incoming Gmail against a list of VIP senders (key customers, investors, your boss). On a match it immediately notifies you in Slack with the subject and a summary, and drafts a courteous acknowledgment reply in Gmail you can send in one click. Non-VIP mail is ignored so the signal stays clean.
When to use it
When a slow reply to the wrong person costs a deal or relationship. This guarantees priority email gets eyes within minutes and never sits unread behind newsletter noise.
How it works
- 1A new Gmail message triggers the run.
- 2A logic step checks the sender against your VIP list and stops if there's no match.
- 3OpenAI summarizes the message and drafts a brief, warm acknowledgment.
- 4The draft is saved to the Gmail thread for one-click sending.
- 5A high-priority alert with the summary is posted to your Slack channel.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
