What it does

This workflow converts the error clusters a release introduces into actionable engineering work. For each new Sentry issue tied to the deploy, it writes a concise summary of the failure and suspected cause, then files a Linear ticket so regressions become tracked work instead of unread alerts. Tickets are deduplicated, so a cluster already filed in a prior run gets a comment rather than a duplicate.

When to use it

Use it when regressions need to land in your engineering backlog automatically, with enough context that an on-call engineer can start without re-investigating from scratch. Good for teams who triage in Linear and want every new release-borne error captured as a ticket.

How it works

A Vercel deploy webhook supplies the release version. The flow pulls Sentry issues first-seen in that release and groups them into clusters. A dedupe step checks Linear for an existing ticket keyed to each cluster's fingerprint. New clusters are summarized by the model into a title, impact line, suspected cause, and reproduction hint. The flow creates a Linear issue per new cluster with the Sentry link and release tag; for clusters already ticketed, it appends an updated event count and a fresh occurrence note instead.
