What it does

Runs once a week and rolls up the week's webinars into a single ReadMe index page. It lists each session's recordings from Zoom, summarizes each into a one-paragraph TL;DR with key timestamped moments, and writes a digest page with a table of contents so readers can scan the week at a glance and jump to any recording.

When to use it

Use it when individual per-webinar articles are too noisy and you'd rather give the team one curated weekly index — enablement teams, customer success libraries, or internal training hubs that publish a regular cadence.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule triggers the flow.
  2. 2Zoom is queried for all webinar recordings completed in the past seven days.
  3. 3A guard exits quietly if no webinars were recorded that week.
  4. 4For each recording, OpenAI produces a short TL;DR and the most useful timestamps.
  5. 5The per-webinar summaries are assembled into a single index page with a table of contents.
  6. 6The roundup is published to ReadMe as the week's index page.
