SUMMARIZATION
Cluster Zoom Sales-Call Objections into a Weekly Per-Rep Coaching Brief
After each Zoom sales call ends, transcribe and mine the objections raised, then once a week roll them up per rep into a Coda coaching brief that clusters recurring objection…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom sales call recording completedZoom
- ActionFetch transcript and extract objections with verbatim quotesZoom
- LogicWeekly rollup: cluster objections per rep into themes
- ActionSummarize top clusters into a coaching brief with rebuttalsOpenAI
- OutputWrite per-rep coaching brief to CodaCoda
What it does
Turns the raw stream of Zoom sales-call transcripts into a structured, per-rep coaching artifact. It pulls every objection a prospect raised, groups them into recurring themes (price, timing, competitor, authority), and writes a weekly brief to Coda showing each rep their top objection clusters with the exact verbatim moments where they surfaced.
When to use it
Use when your sales managers do weekly 1:1 coaching and want evidence, not vibes. Instead of skimming call recordings, a manager opens one Coda page per rep and sees the patterns plus the quotes that prove them.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event fires when a sales call finishes.
- 2The transcript is fetched and the AI extracts each objection with its verbatim quote and timestamp.
- 3A scheduled weekly pass groups the week's objections per rep and clusters them into themes by frequency and impact.
- 4The summarizer drafts a coaching brief: top three clusters, representative quotes, and one suggested rebuttal per cluster.
- 5The brief is written to a per-rep Coda doc, ready for the 1:1.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect CodaDocs, packs, automations.
- 3Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.

On-submit Loom standup roll-up archived to Confluence
When a standup video is submitted via webhook, transcribes it, generates a per-person written summary, and appends it to a running team standup page in Confluence.
Front Escalation Handoff Doc in Notion
When a Front escalation closes, drafts a structured handoff document in Notion capturing the resolution, customer commitments, and open follow-ups, then alerts the AE in Slack.
Front Escalation War-Room Brief to Slack
On a Front escalation, posts a concise threat-assessment brief to a Slack channel only when the AI judges the situation high-severity.
VIP Front Escalation Instant Exec Page-Out
Detects escalations from VIP accounts in Front, generates a one-paragraph executive recap, and pages the named account exec via Slack and Salesforce task within minutes.
Release health note per Vercel deploy
When a Vercel deploy goes live, summarizes the Sentry errors observed in the release window into a plain-English health note that separates brand-new error classes…
Rollback recommendation when a deploy spikes errors
When a Sentry alert fires for an error spike, attributes it to the most recent deploy, summarizes whether the spike is dominated by new error classes introduced by that release.
