SUMMARIZATION
On-Demand Rep Objection Scorecard from a Month of Zoom Calls
Run manually for any rep to pull their last month of Zoom sales calls, cluster every objection they faced, score how well they handled each.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerManager manually runs scorecard for a rep and date range
- ActionPull and transcribe the rep's Zoom calls in rangeZoom
- ActionExtract, cluster, and grade objection handlingOpenAI
- LogicSplit well-handled from missed objection clusters
- OutputEmail the rep scorecard via OutlookOutlook
What it does
Generates a deep, on-demand objection scorecard for a single rep over a chosen period. It gathers their recent Zoom sales calls, extracts each objection, clusters them, and judges whether the rep addressed each one well, partially, or not at all. The output is a coaching scorecard pairing strong rebuttals with missed opportunities, both quoted verbatim.
When to use it
Use before a performance review, a PIP check-in, or onboarding a new rep when you want a one-time, thorough look rather than the recurring weekly cadence. Trigger it manually when a manager asks for a rep's full picture.
How it works
- 1A manager triggers the workflow manually, naming the rep and date range.
- 2The rep's Zoom sales calls in that window are pulled and transcribed.
- 3The AI extracts each objection, clusters by theme, and grades the rep's handling with the verbatim exchange.
- 4A logic step separates well-handled clusters from missed or weak ones.
- 5The scorecard summary is assembled and emailed to the rep and manager via Outlook.
Set it up
