Zoom Call Objections to Weekly Sales Coaching Brief
After each recorded Zoom sales call, extracts the prospect objections and how the rep handled them.

- OutputPublish weekly coaching brief as a Notion pageNotion
What it does
Turns raw Zoom call recordings into a structured, recurring view of which objections prospects raise and how well your reps respond. Instead of one-off call reviews, it rolls findings into a weekly coaching brief your sales manager can act on.
When to use it
Use this when your team runs enough discovery and demo calls that no manager can listen to all of them, and you want to coach on patterns ("price comes up unaddressed in 40% of late-stage calls") rather than anecdotes.
How it works
- 1A new Zoom cloud recording with a transcript triggers the flow.
- 2The transcript is pulled and passed to OpenAI, which extracts each distinct objection, the rep's response, and whether it was resolved, deflected, or dropped.
- 3The structured objections are appended to a running Notion database row for that call.
- 4A weekly schedule aggregates the database, and OpenAI clusters the objections into recurring themes with rep-level patterns.
- 5The finished coaching brief is written to a Notion page for the sales manager.
Set it up
