SUMMARIZATION
Detect Emerging Objection Spikes Across Zoom Calls and Email the Sales Lead
Monitors objections across all Zoom sales calls and, when a new objection theme spikes week over week, emails the sales leader an Outlook digest naming the theme.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom sales call recording completedZoom
- ActionExtract and theme-tag objections from transcriptZoom
- LogicCompare theme volume to trailing 4-week baseline
- LogicBranch only if a theme exceeds the spike threshold
- ActionCompile spiking theme with verbatim evidenceOpenAI
- OutputEmail spike alert digest to sales lead via OutlookOutlook
What it does
Watches the objection signal across your whole sales team rather than one rep. As calls come in, it tags objections by theme and tracks frequency. When a theme jumps sharply versus its trailing baseline (for example, a competitor suddenly named in 30 percent of calls), it fires an alert so leadership can respond before it dents the quarter.
When to use it
Use when you need an early-warning system for market shifts: a competitor launches, pricing changes, or a new objection narrative starts spreading across deals. This catches it from the calls themselves, days before it shows in the forecast.
How it works
- 1A Zoom recording-completed event triggers ingestion of each finished sales call.
- 2The AI extracts objections and assigns each a theme plus a verbatim quote.
- 3A logic step compares this week's per-theme volume against the trailing four-week baseline.
- 4If any theme exceeds the spike threshold, it compiles the affected reps and the strongest verbatim moments.
- 5An Outlook email digest goes to the sales lead with the spiking theme, evidence quotes, and which deals to review.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OutlookMail, calendar, contacts.
- 3Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
