What it does
Reads the room on a sales call. After summarizing the transcript, it scores deal sentiment and flags risk signals like pricing pushback, competitor mentions, or stalled next steps. Healthy calls send a standard brief to the rep's Outlook; at-risk calls escalate the same brief to the sales manager so problems surface before the deal goes quiet.
When to use it

How it works
- 1A Zoom `recording.completed` webhook delivers the call transcript.
- 2OpenAI summarizes the call and returns a sentiment score plus a list of risk flags.
- 3A branch checks the score and flags against a risk threshold.
- 4Below threshold, the brief goes to the rep's Outlook as a normal recap.
- 5At or above threshold, Outlook sends the brief to the manager with an at-risk subject prefix and the triggering flags called out at the top.
