SUMMARIZATION
Pull quotable webinar moments and post timestamped social teasers
Scans a completed Zoom webinar transcript for the most shareable quotes, picks the strongest moments.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom recording.completed webhook firesZoom
- ActionFetch transcript and recording share URLZoom
- ActionRank and extract top shareable momentsOpenAI
- LogicFilter by confidence and brand-safety
- OutputPost timestamped teasers to social platformsSocial publishing
What it does
Mines a webinar for marketing gold. The flow reads the transcript, scores moments for shareability (strong quotes, surprising stats, clear takeaways), selects the best handful, and turns each into a short social teaser that links to the exact timestamp in the recording so viewers jump straight to the good part.
When to use it
Use it right after a thought-leadership webinar or product launch when the marketing team wants clip ideas and ready-to-post teasers without scrubbing the video manually.
How it works
- 1A Zoom `recording.completed` event starts the flow.
- 2The flow pulls the transcript and the recording share URL from Zoom.
- 3OpenAI ranks candidate moments and returns the top 3-5 quotes, each with a timestamp, a one-line hook, and suggested hashtags.
- 4A logic step keeps only moments above a confidence threshold and skips anything flagged as sensitive or off-brand.
- 5The flow publishes each teaser, with a `?t=` deep link into the recording, across the connected social platforms.
Set it up
