  • OutputAssemble weekly roundup page in NotionNotionNotion

What it does

Builds a once-a-week index of everything your org recorded. Instead of summarizing one webinar at a time, this flow looks back over the trailing week, summarizes each recording into a short chaptered block, and stitches them into a single Notion roundup so the team has one link for the whole week's content.

When to use it

Use it for orgs running multiple webinars or recorded sessions per week, where a per-event page is too noisy. Ideal for enablement leads and content teams that publish a weekly internal newsletter.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule triggers the run every Monday morning.
  2. 2The flow lists all Zoom cloud recordings from the past 7 days via the Zoom account API.
  3. 3A logic step filters out short test calls and recordings already summarized in a prior run.
  4. 4For each qualifying recording, OpenAI produces a title, 3-5 chapter highlights, and a one-line takeaway.
  5. 5The flow assembles all summaries into one dated Notion roundup page with deep links to each recording.
