Weekly API contract health report to Confluence
Once a week, aggregate the spec diffs, drift incidents, and consumer-break counts from the past seven days into a contract health report and publish it to a Confluence page…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule
- ActionQuery week of contract eventsPostgres
- ActionAggregate counts and deltasShell
- ActionPublish health report to ConfluenceConfluence
- OutputPost Slack digest with report linkSlack
What it does
Rolls up a week of contract activity into a single readable report: how many spec changes shipped, how many were breaking, which endpoints drifted from their spec, and which consumers were impacted. It publishes the report to Confluence and drops a short summary with a link in Slack.
When to use it
Use this for a regular reliability or platform review where leadership wants a trend, not raw alerts. It turns scattered per-event notifications into a weekly signal showing whether contract stability is improving or degrading.
How it works
- 1A weekly schedule triggers the run.
- 2The flow queries a Postgres event store for the past week's spec diffs, drift incidents, and consumer breaks.
- 3A shell step aggregates counts and computes week-over-week deltas.
- 4It renders a formatted health report with the top changed endpoints and most-impacted consumers.
- 5It publishes or updates a Confluence page with the report.
- 6It posts a Slack digest with the headline numbers and a link to the full page.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect PostgresAny Postgres URL — query, write, migrate.
- 2Connect ShellRun sandboxed commands inside the workspace.
- 3Connect ConfluenceSpaces, pages, blueprints.
- 4Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.

Gate breaking API PRs behind downstream consumer acknowledgement
When a PR introduces a breaking contract change, comments the impact summary back on the PR, applies a blocking label.

On a new semver release tag, gathers the contract changes since the last release and writes a clean.
Agent reviews model-license fit and suggests compliant swaps on the PR
When a PR adds a Hugging Face model, an agent reads the model card and license, judges fit against your commercial-use policy.
Upgrade Impact Router to Module Code Owners
Maps a dependency-bump PR's affected modules to their CODEOWNERS, then DMs each owner on Slack with only the changelog slice that touches code they own.
