What it does

Keeps your catalog seasonally fresh without manual triage. Each week it scans Airtable for active SKUs that lack a variant tagged with the current season, generates exactly that missing background with Replicate, stages it, and adds a review row so the seasonal refresh stays ahead of campaign deadlines.

When to use it

When marketing rotates background themes by season or promotion and you need a standing process that fills the gaps rather than re-rendering the entire catalog every time.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule trigger starts the run.
  2. 2Airtable is queried for active SKUs that have no variant tagged with the current season.
  3. 3A branch ends the run early if there is nothing missing this week.
  4. 4For each gap, Replicate renders the seasonal background against the SKU cutout.
  5. 5The variant is saved to the staged Dropbox folder and a `Pending review` Airtable row is created.
  6. 6The output step posts a backlog summary listing how many seasonal variants were queued.
