How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWeekly schedule (every Friday)
  • ActionQuery Airtable for this week's published postsAirtableAirtable
  • ActionSplit each post body into chapters by heading
  • ActionNarrate chapters with ElevenLabs and mergeElevenLabsElevenLabs
  • ActionUpload MP3 to object storageAWS S3
  • OutputUpdate Airtable record with audio URL + durationAirtableAirtable

What it does

Runs on a weekly schedule, finds the posts your Airtable content calendar marked as published in the last seven days, narrates each one with chapter markers, and writes the audio link plus duration back to its record.

When to use it

Use it when your editorial calendar lives in Airtable and you'd rather batch audio production once a week than narrate post by post. Keeps the content calendar as the single source of truth for which posts have audio.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule trigger fires every Friday afternoon.
  2. 2The flow queries Airtable for records where Status is Published and Published Date is within the last 7 days and the Audio URL field is empty.
  3. 3For each matching post it pulls the body text and splits it into chapters by heading.
  4. 4Each chapter is narrated with ElevenLabs and clips are merged with chapter markers.
  5. 5The finished MP3 is uploaded to storage and the link captured.
  6. 6The Airtable record is updated with the Audio URL, total duration, and an Audio Ready checkbox.
