  • ActionCreate departure-signal task in SalesforceSalesforce

What it does

It monitors the careers pages of your key accounts for newly posted roles. When a posting matches the title of a champion you track on that account, it infers the champion may be leaving or already gone (a backfill), and raises a flagged verification task so the rep can confirm and re-engage.

When to use it

Use it when LinkedIn monitoring is blocked or incomplete but accounts post openings publicly. A backfill req for your champion's exact role is often the earliest possible warning, sometimes before the person updates their profile.

How it works

  1. 1A daily schedule fires the run.
  2. 2Firecrawl crawls each target account's careers page and extracts current open roles.
  3. 3Pull tracked champion titles per account from Salesforce.
  4. 4A logic step fuzzy-matches new postings against champion titles to detect likely backfills.
  5. 5For matches, create a verification task on the Salesforce account flagged as a departure signal.
  6. 6Notify the account owner in Slack with the posting link and the at-risk contact.
