CEO-Staged Release Announcement Across All Channels
On request, the CEO agent assembles a release from merged GitLab MRs, drafts per-channel variants, stages them in Notion for sign-off.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerChat request to CEO: announce release
- ActionPull merged MRs and select highlightsGitLab
- ActionStage per-channel variants in Notion boardNotion
- LogicWait for variants to be approved
- ActionPublish approved social variantsSocial publishing
- OutputPost internal recap to SlackSlack
What it does
Runs the whole release-announcement job as agent-driven org work. The CEO agent gathers the merged MRs for a release, decides which changes are worth announcing, drafts distinct variants for each channel, stages them in a Notion review board, and — once approved — publishes the social variants and posts an internal Slack recap.
When to use it
When you want one orchestrated pass from raw merges to staged, on-brand announcements with the agent making editorial judgment calls about what to feature and how to phrase it per audience. Ideal for less structured release cadences where rules-based filtering isn't enough.
How it works
- 1A chat request to the CEO names the release or version to announce.
- 2The agent pulls the relevant merged MRs from GitLab and reasons about what's announcement-worthy.
- 3It drafts tailored copy for each target channel and stages every variant in a Notion review board.
- 4A logic gate waits for the staged variants to be marked approved.
- 5Approved social variants publish via the multichannel publisher.
- 6An internal recap of what went out posts to Slack.
