What it does
Plenty of people join, get distracted, and never finish onboarding. This scheduled sweep finds those stuck newcomers in your Airtable tracker, then nudges each one with a personal reminder. Members who have ghosted past a cutoff get flagged for a moderator instead of nagged forever.

How it works
