What it does
Nudges every prospect before their demo in the channel they originally booked from. A few hours before each scheduled Zoom call, the bot pops back into that prospect's Intercom thread with the time and a one-click join link, so the meeting stays top of mind.
When to use it
Use this when reminder emails go unread and demos slip. It is for teams that booked the demo in chat and want the reminder to land in that same conversation rather than a cold inbox.
How it works
