What it does

Runs each morning to find accounts that started onboarding but haven't completed key setup milestones. For each stalled account it sends a proactive Intercom message naming the specific next step and linking the relevant doc, escalating to a booking offer when an account is severely behind.

When to use it

When activation is leaking because users go quiet mid-setup and never come back. This re-engages them with a precise, helpful nudge instead of a generic blast, recovering onboardings that would otherwise silently drop off.

How it works

  3. 3For each account, branch logic picks the message: a doc-step nudge for mildly stalled, a call offer for severely stalled.
