How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerTelephony provider posts caller's order numberHTTP webhook
  • ActionLook up order and status in PostgresPostgreSQLPostgres
  • LogicBranch on order found vs. not found
  • ActionSynthesize spoken status reply with ElevenLabsElevenLabsElevenLabs
  • OutputReturn audio URL to telephony provider for playbackHTTP webhook

What it does

Turns the most common reason customers call support — "where is my order?" — into a fully automated voice interaction. The caller's order number arrives via webhook, the bot looks it up in your orders database, and ElevenLabs speaks the current status back to them. No agent required.

When to use it

Use it when order-status questions dominate your call queue and you want to deflect them without building a full IVR platform. Ideal for ecommerce and DTC brands whose telephony provider (Twilio, Vonage, etc.) can POST call events to a webhook and play back a returned audio URL.

How it works

  1. 1Your telephony provider posts the caller's spoken or keypad-entered order number to the webhook.
  2. 2The flow queries Postgres for the matching order and its fulfillment status.
  3. 3A logic step branches on whether the order was found.
  4. 4For a match, it composes a natural sentence ("Order 4821 shipped Tuesday, arriving Thursday") and sends it to ElevenLabs for synthesis.
  5. 5The audio URL is returned to the telephony provider to play to the caller.
