When an employee asks a benefits question in Slack, the bot searches your stored plan documents, summaries, and policy PDFs, then answers in plain language with a citation to the source document — instead of pointing people at a 60-page PDF.

Use this during open enrollment or year-round when employees repeatedly ask the same plan-detail questions. It handles the long tail of "is X covered?" queries and quietly hands off anything it can't answer confidently.
