What it does
Stops incomplete photo evidence from reaching agents. The bot guides the customer through uploading the required shots, runs each image through a vision check to confirm it shows the product, the defect, and a legible serial label, and loops back for re-uploads until the evidence is usable before opening a claim.
When to use it
Use it when warranty claims constantly stall because photos are blurry, miss the serial plate, or do not show the defect, forcing agents to chase customers. Best where photo quality is the main intake bottleneck.
How it works
