How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerCustomer starts photo-evidence chat
  • ActionStore uploaded photos in claim folderDropboxDropbox
  • ActionVision-check photos for product, defect, serialOpenAI
  • LogicLoop for re-upload until quality gate passes
  • ActionOpen claim with verified photo linksAirtableAirtable
  • OutputReturn claim number and next steps

What it does

Stops incomplete photo evidence from reaching agents. The bot guides the customer through uploading the required shots, runs each image through a vision check to confirm it shows the product, the defect, and a legible serial label, and loops back for re-uploads until the evidence is usable before opening a claim.

When to use it

Use it when warranty claims constantly stall because photos are blurry, miss the serial plate, or do not show the defect, forcing agents to chase customers. Best where photo quality is the main intake bottleneck.

How it works

  1. 1The customer starts the warranty chat and the bot requests the defect photos.
  2. 2Uploaded images are stored in a Dropbox claim folder.
  3. 3A vision step inspects each photo for product, defect, and legible serial.
  4. 4Quality-gate logic loops back to request better shots until all checks pass.
  5. 5Once evidence passes, the bot opens a structured Airtable claim with the verified photo links.
  6. 6It returns the claim number and expected next steps to the customer.
