What it does
Gates warranty intake on a real proof of purchase. Instead of trusting a customer-typed date, the bot looks up the original Stripe payment, computes the warranty window from the actual charge date, and only proceeds to collect photos and open a claim when the product is genuinely in coverage.
When to use it
Use it when you sell through Stripe and warranty disputes hinge on purchase date. It removes back-and-forth over receipts and stops out-of-warranty claims before an agent ever touches them.
How it works
