How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerDrift report created or updated in NotionNotionNotion
  • LogicFilter for deviations rated high risk
  • ActionSummarize each high-risk clause in plain EnglishOpenAI
  • OutputPost clause comparison to legal Slack channelSlack

What it does

This closes the loop after a contract has been compared to its template. It monitors the drift-report database and pushes only the deviations that actually matter — the high-risk ones — into legal's Slack channel, with the counterparty's wording next to the approved wording so a lawyer can decide in seconds.

When to use it

Use it when most drift is harmless boilerplate but a small slice (liability caps, indemnity, governing law) needs a human ruling before the deal is booked. It keeps the noise out of Slack and surfaces only the exceptions.

How it works

  1. 1A drift report is created or updated in the Notion database, triggering the run.
  2. 2The workflow reads the deviation rows and filters for any rated high risk.
  3. 3If none qualify, the run ends quietly.
  4. 4For each high-risk clause the model writes a two-sentence plain-English summary of what changed and why it is risky.
  5. 5A Slack message is posted to the legal channel with the contract link, the approved-vs-actual clause text, and approve/reject thread prompts.
