SUMMARIZATION
Daily Coda comment-thread decision brief to Slack
Every morning, scans active Coda doc comment threads from the past 24 hours and posts a Slack brief listing decisions reached and questions still open.

What it does
Watches the comment threads on a Coda doc and, once a day, distills the prior 24 hours of back-and-forth into a short executive brief: what was decided, who decided it, and which questions are still unanswered. The brief lands in a Slack channel so leadership reads the outcome instead of the whole thread.
When to use it
Use when a team debates inside Coda comments and the doc owner spends mornings re-reading threads to figure out what actually got settled. Good for planning docs, spec reviews, and RFCs where decisions hide in long reply chains.
How it works
- 1A daily schedule fires in the morning.
- 2Pull all comments added to the target Coda doc in the last 24 hours.
- 3Filter out threads with no new activity so quiet docs are skipped.
- 4Send the grouped threads to OpenAI with a prompt that separates settled decisions from open questions and names the decider.
- 5Format the result into a brief with a Decisions section and an Open Questions section.
- 6Post the brief to a Slack channel.
Set it up
