CONTENT CREATION
QA localized variants against the brand glossary before staging
Validates freshly generated locale variants against an approved terminology glossary, auto-fixes minor term violations.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerRun loads generated variants and glossary from CodaCoda
- ActionCheck variants against glossary with OpenAIOpenAI
- LogicSplit auto-fixable from ambiguous violations
- ActionCommit clean and auto-fixed variants to GitHubGitHub
- OutputEscalate held items to Slack for reviewer decisionSlack
What it does
Adds a quality gate between generation and staging. It checks each localized variant against the brand's approved glossary and do-not-translate list, corrects clear violations, and escalates genuine ambiguity to a human.
When to use it
When translation drift on product names, legal terms, or trademarked phrases is a real risk and you want a consistent guardrail before any variant reaches review.
How it works
- 1A manual or upstream-triggered run loads the generated variants and the glossary from Coda.
- 2OpenAI scans each variant for glossary and do-not-translate violations and proposes corrections with confidence scores.
- 3A logic branch splits results: high-confidence fixes are applied automatically; low-confidence or contradictory cases are held.
- 4Clean and auto-fixed variants are committed to GitHub for staging.
- 5Held items are posted to Slack with the flagged term and suggested fix so a reviewer can decide.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect CodaDocs, packs, automations.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect GitHubRepos, issues, pull requests, actions.
- 4Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 5Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 6Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 7Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
