  • ActionAgent extracts your-side obligations with owners and datesOpenAI
  • LogicProceed only if actionable obligations exist
  • ActionCreate Asana onboarding project with one task per obligationAsanaAsana
  • OutputReturn Asana project link and task count

What it does

When a deal is signed, an agent reads the contract, separates the obligations your side owns from the counterparty's, and creates an Asana onboarding project. Each of your obligations becomes a task with a description quoting the source clause, a due date derived from the contract, and an owner inferred from the obligation type.

When to use it

Use this when signed contracts contain delivery commitments, milestones, and SLAs that need to become real work for an implementation or account team, rather than living only in the PDF.

How it works

  1. 1A new signed contract PDF arriving in Dropbox triggers the agent.
  2. 2The agent downloads and reads the contract text.
  3. 3It reasons over the document to extract your-side obligations with clause text, suggested owner, and due date.
  4. 4A logic step confirms at least one actionable obligation was found before proceeding.
  5. 5The agent creates an Asana project and adds one task per obligation with owner and due date.
  6. 6A link to the new Asana project and the task count are returned.
