Flag At-Risk Deals from Call Sentiment
Scores the sentiment and risk signals in each post-meeting transcript, and when a call shows churn or stall risk it lowers confidence on the Salesforce opportunity and alerts…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom meeting ended (recording ready)Zoom
- ActionFetch call transcript from ZoomZoom
- ActionScore sentiment and risk signals with LLMOpenAI
- LogicBranch only if risk score above threshold
- ActionFlag opportunity and lower confidenceSalesforce
- OutputAlert deal team in Slack with risk quotesSlack
What it does
Analyzes the tone and content of a sales call for risk signals: hesitation, pricing pushback, competitor mentions, or fading engagement. When risk crosses a threshold it flags the related Salesforce opportunity and escalates to the team; low-risk calls pass through quietly.
When to use it
Use it when forecasts get blown because reps mark deals optimistically and warning signs only surface at close. This surfaces softening deals from the buyer's own words while there is still time to act.
How it works
- 1A Zoom meeting-ended webhook triggers once the recording is ready.
- 2The transcript is fetched from Zoom.
- 3An OpenAI step scores sentiment and tags concrete risk signals with a 0-100 risk score.
- 4A logic step branches: only scores above the risk threshold continue.
- 5The matched Salesforce opportunity is updated with a risk flag and lowered confidence.
- 6A Slack alert goes to the deal team with the specific risk signals quoted from the call.
